Use of non-genuine MK Products® consumables, parts, accessories, or coolants will void this warranty.

Warranty Coverage
MK Products® warrants that new and unused equipment is free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not apply to accessories or components manufactured by others, which are covered only by their original manufacturer’s warranties, if any.

Consumable or wear items with a normal service life of less than one (1) year — including tungsten, collets, brushes, conduits, gas cups, gas cup insulators, and contact tips — are not covered unless failure results from a defect in materials or workmanship.

Warranty Remedies
At its discretion, MK Products® will provide one of the following remedies:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Authorized reimbursement for repair or replacement performed at MK Products® (Irvine, CA)

Warranty Periods (from date of delivery to original user)

  • Power Supplies & Wire Feed Cabinets: 3 years

  • Weld Heads, Coolers, Positioners, Push-Pull Guns: 1 year

  • Spool Guns & Modules: 180 days

  • Repairs, Exchanges & Parts: 90 days

Classification of equipment is at the sole discretion of MK Products®.

Claims & Returns
Failure must be reported in writing within 30 days.
Proof of purchase is required.
Returned equipment must be properly packaged.
MK Products® covers one-way domestic ground shipping only (excluding foreign markets).

Limitations
All implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed.
This warranty applies only to commercial and industrial users operated by trained personnel. It does not apply to consumers, and no reseller may extend consumer warranties.

Exclusive Warranty
This warranty is exclusive and supersedes all prior MK Products® warranties.
