These versions can only be used on those units with Surface Mount (SM) Controller Board, CobraTig Model 254-153.
VERSION SM13E0-A (5/22/2013) – This version added weld head information (ID to the Setup menu for ease of solving weldhead problems.)
VERSION SM12J0-A (10/11/2012) – This version supports a new printer and new LCD screen. It is not backwards compatible to model 254-152.
These versions can only be used on those units with Surface Mount (SM) Controller Board, CobraTig Model 254-152.
VERSION SM13E0-S (5/22/2013) – This version added weld head information (ID to the Setup menu for ease of solving weldhead problems.)
VERSION SM12E0-S (05/31/2012) – This version prevents weldhead detection while homing, jogging or during calibration and fixes problem with bar graph display for non-10 RPM heads.
VERSION SM12D0-S (04/09/2012) – This version fixes problem with DiamondBack and scaling motor graph to match with weldhead max. Speed.
VERSION SM11B0-S (02/07/2011) – This version adds a real-time clock feature and prints current time and date on some of the printouts. It prevented program crashing when procedure scale or save

VERSION XM05A0 (09/06/2005) – This version corrects the occasional ‘No Final Slope’ occurrence when welding 2-1/2″ Tube OD and larger.
VERSION XM03J1 (08/31/2005) – This version eliminates MK Maintenance Weld Procedures from reappearing.
VERSION XM03G4 (09/05/2003) – This version has updated Auto Procedure Generating algorithms (XM and SM versions only). – This software eliminates the skipped Final Slope when using a 5003 CopperHead III.
